Order Processing
At La Femme House, each order is curated and handled with care. Once your order is placed:
- Processing Time:
Items fulfilled via our domestic warehouses are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Items fulfilled via partner locations may require 2–6 business days for processing. - Tracking Updates:
Tracking information will be emailed and/or texted to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship both within the United States and internationally, offering global access to our pieces.
- Shipping Methods (U.S. Orders):
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or UPS (carrier/service may vary by order). - Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch):
USA (Domestic fulfillment): 2–7 business days
USA (Partner-location fulfillment): 7–16 business days
International destinations: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)
Delivery estimates vary by destination and fulfillment location and will also be displayed at checkout. - Important Delivery Note:
Delivery times may arrive sooner or later than the estimated timeframe. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date. Please refer to your tracking link for the most accurate and ongoing updates. - Shipping Fees:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and fulfillment location. Promotions such as Free Shipping may be offered during selected campaigns.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, peak seasons, or unforeseen carrier disruptions.
Multiple Packages
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if items are fulfilled from different locations. If so, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment (where available).

Any customs, taxes, duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing your order. - Shipping Times & Delays:
We always strive to process and ship international orders promptly. However, international shipping may involve longer transit times due to distance and customs clearance. While we do our best to minimize delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances. - Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be emailed and/or texted once your order has been shipped. - Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments:
We take great care in packaging and handling your order. However, once a shipment has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or damaged by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local mail delivery service or carrier directly to resolve misplacement. - Incorrect Address / Mis-delivery:
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, or carrier mis-delivery errors. Please use your tracking details and contact the carrier/local delivery service for resolution.
